Desktop App
The Checkpoint desktop app is where most people on your team will work day to day the background daemon, the tray app, and the chk command-line tool.
CLI
chk is Checkpoint's command-line client. It does everything the desktop app's core workflow does (staging, checkouts, submitting, syncing, branches, and history), and it can run on build machines and servers with no desktop app installed.
VS Code Extension
The Checkpoint extension adds Checkpoint to Visual Studio Code's Source Control view, so you can stage, check out, diff, submit, and pull without leaving the editor.
Unreal Engine Plugin
The Checkpoint plugin is a revision control provider for the Unreal Editor. Once it is connected, the editor's built-in revision control features (status icons in the Content Browser, check out on edit, the Changelists window, Submit Content, and asset history) work with Checkpoint.
